What to do if you are unsatisfied,which is unlikely ?

We are being really cautious towards our products quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning your socks within 15 days. Warning, The socks must not have been worn and returned in their original packaging with labels. Shipping fees at your expense.

To return us your products:
Contact us quoting the order number and the reason of return. (attach a picture for a faster process)
If you would like a refund, the same process has to be apply and your money willl be refund via your original payment method.

We cannot be hold responsible in the event of a lost item during return. If you don't contact us prior your shipping your products might not be refunded or exchange.
